Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ks88", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ks88 platform, its operators, and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" refers to the ks88 website accessible at https://ks88.best, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, account dashboards, and mobile-browser interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real-Money Wager" refers to any bet placed using actual Bangladeshi Taka funds held in a Player's wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spin equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under an active promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which the Platform operates.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the timezone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager — whether real-money or otherwise — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

These Terms are provided in English. The English version is the definitive, authoritative version in the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and participate in real-money gaming on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21. ks88 complies with responsible gaming standards and actively enforces age restrictions.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ks88 or any of its affiliated service providers.
5. You are acting in a personal capacity for recreational purposes and are not using the Platform in connection with any professional or commercial gambling operation.
6. The funds you deposit and wager are your own legitimate funds, free from any legal encumbrance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

ks88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time as part of the KYC process. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified by ks88 will be restricted from processing withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person and must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

You must notify ks88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ks88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has delayed notification.

ks88 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Where ks88 has reason to believe the Account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Where the Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Where the Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Where the Account is identified as a duplicate of another Account held by the same individual.
• Where the Account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Where ks88 is required to act by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ks88 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ks88 does not charge currency conversion fees as no foreign exchange is involved in BDT-to-BDT transactions.

Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit/credit card instruments where available. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account status and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your ks88 wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside ks88's direct control. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, players should contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Eligibility: A withdrawal may only be processed once the following conditions are met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 is available as verified real-money funds in the account wallet.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal is being made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ks88 support.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours (BST). Withdrawals submitted outside standard operating hours may experience a processing delay of up to 4 hours. ks88 does not impose withdrawal processing fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

ks88 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available for wagering only. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from wagering Bonus Funds, once the applicable wagering requirement is met, may be withdrawn.
• Standard Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically on the expiry date.
• ks88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the terms in place at the time of crediting remain in force for that bonus cycle.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in conjunction with other active bonus balances unless explicitly permitted.

ks88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with these Terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert Bonus Funds, or any other abuse — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for possible suspension.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ks88 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, crash games, lottery draws, or any other product — are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published in the relevant game or market interface.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Players should verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming a wager. ks88 cannot reverse a confirmed bet except where an obvious technical error or system fault is identified at ks88's sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, ks88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the players' wallets. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not payable.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ks88 sources odds from licensed odds providers; published odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to a short processing delay to guard against latency advantages. ks88 reserves the right to void live bets where there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.
• Maximum Win Limits: Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum daily withdrawal amounts apply and are communicated within the Platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum may be capped at the maximum payout limit at ks88's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another individual to operate an account in your name.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploit discovered by a player must be reported to ks88 support immediately rather than utilised for gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in multiplayer or live dealer environments.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, launder, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, where it is the player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of participation.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit transaction after the corresponding funds have been wagered or withdrawn.

Responsible Gaming

ks88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment. ks88 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help promptly if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal distress.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you are permitted to incur within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without ks88's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the ks88 name, logo, or any Platform content in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party publication.

Unauthorised use of ks88 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ks88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the Player.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome histories.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While ks88 endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance wherever practicable.

Privacy & Data Protection

ks88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as they apply to your Account and your use of the Platform.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. ks88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. ks88 employs industry-standard security protocols to protect stored personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Amendments to These Terms

ks88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ks88 will notify registered players by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and may additionally issue a notification via the registered email address on file.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

ks88 will not apply amended Terms retroactively to bets that have already been confirmed and settled prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Termination

ks88 may terminate or suspend your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Instruction or requirement from a competent legal or regulatory authority.
• Operational or business reasons at ks88's sole discretion, including the withdrawal of the Platform from a particular market.

Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account wallet — net of any applicable bonus clawback — will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited in full upon Account termination regardless of their source or any wagering progress made.

Players may also self-terminate their Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a closure request to ks88 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours (BST).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ks88's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or from these Terms, we encourage you to contact ks88 customer support in the first instance. Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly, fairly, and to your reasonable satisfaction.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ks88 support, you may seek resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the terms of ks88's international gaming licence.
